Certified Payroll Specialist

Our client, a reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months. Responsibilities Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements Maintain payroll records and employee documentation Assist with audits and reporting as needed Qualifications Previous certified payroll experience required Construction industry experience preferred Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: Benefits For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
