Key Responsibilities\n

  Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including detailed progress notes, in accordance with department policy to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

  Collaborate closely with colleagues in a health care team setting to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including conducting discharge planning based on psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions.

  Provide individual and group counseling as well as crisis intervention services to patients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual's needs.

  Engage with families and support systems to coordinate client treatment and discharge planning, ensuring a holistic approach to care that incorporates external support mechanisms.

  Utilize a strengths-based perspective whilst fostering clients' self-efficacy and resilience throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and adjustment disorders. This population may include individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent and empathetic approach to care.

Qualifications\n

  Must possess at least 2 years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

  A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for licensure.

  A valid license in the state of Washington as either a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required for practice.

  Proficiency with technology, especially with electronic medical records (EMR) and standard office software, is necessary to manage client documentation and communication effectively.

  Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and empower clients throughout their treatment journey.

  Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, complemented by an attractive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a generous 401(k) plan with a match.
