Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough cultural and mental health assessments to identify each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong familiarity with mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment techniques.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy with an inclusive and culturally responsive approach.

• Excellent crisis intervention abilities and the capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
