Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks that are essential to the successful treatment of our clients:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Valid state licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in mental health disciplines.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, allowing you to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Proficiency with technology and the ability to maintain a good Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences and skills are considered advantageous:
