Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• You must hold a current license to practice independently (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) within the state of Virginia.

• At least two years of direct experience in therapy, demonstrating proficiency in treatment planning and execution.

• Excellent virtual communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in an online setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and platforms, alongside a comfort level using technology in your clinical practice.

Preferred Experience\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, complemented by an attractive benefits package.
