Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement individual therapy sessions that incorporate the latest evidence-based techniques, focusing on rehabilitation in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine contexts.
• Utilize manual therapy skills, modalities, and therapeutic exercises to provide effective interventions that address specific patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families, offering guidance on injury prevention and self-care strategies to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using our electronic health record system to monitor and report on treatment goals and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, sharing insights and adjustments to treatments as necessary.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a positive experience for both our patients and their families, contributing to the center's overall success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.
• Active state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from an accredited organization.

• Proficiency in technology, including word processing and electronic health records.
• A proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with patients, fostering an environment conducive to reaching their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, showcasing a variety of treatment techniques and specializations.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and integrating family education into therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies aimed at enhancing patient mobility and comfort.

Compensation and Benefits
