Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, using structured interviews and standardized tools to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, adapting techniques to fit clients' unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy technologies to deliver seamless services to clients preferring virtual interactions, ensuring that you remain accessible to those facing geographical or physical barriers to in-person care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and insurance requirements.

• Engage in professional development initiatives, participating in relevant training and workshops to stay updated on emerging best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals dealing with chronic illness and end-of-life issues in a hospice context, as well as those experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. You will play a pivotal role in offering emotional support and counseling that not only addresses immediate mental health needs but also respects the complex emotional landscapes inherent in hospice care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Holding a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
