Quick Facts Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: 8, 10, or 12 hours (Day shifts 6:30 AM - 5:00 or 7:00 PM) Hours/Week: Minimum 36 hours per week / 2 weeks per month required Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Licensure/Certs: MN RN & CRNA Licenses, ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Location Requirement: Must reside 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern, MN (state not in compact) Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Weekly Pay Schedule: Via Direct Deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement as applicable Overtime & Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate for OT and major holidays Call Pay: $700 (12 hrs Weekend Beeper), $1,000 (24 hrs Weekend Beeper), $400 (8 hrs Weeknight Beeper), $700 (12 hrs Weeknight Beeper) Other Perks: Paid orientation (3 days), ongoing contract, support staff support, and flexible schedule options What You’ll Do Deliver anesthesia care support in a tertiary hospital setting for patients aged 12+ Support a Care Team model with 4:1 patient-to-staff ratio Support specialized care procedures (note: CRNA do not perform blocks, epidurals, or spinals) Cover scheduled shifts and respond to occasional call duties Assist with patient assessments, anesthesia administration, and recovery Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Adapt to varied shifts and potentially cover overnight and weekend hours as needed What You Need MN Registered Nurse (RN) license and CRNA certification ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience Ability to meet credentialing requirements within 3-4 months Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations About the Assignment This role is based at a premier Level III tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, offering advanced anesthesia services in a dynamic clinical environment.
