Joining our multidisciplinary team means you will engage regularly with other therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances. Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through confidential online sessions, utilizing varied therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy. Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to deliver a well-coordinated care approach, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey. Engage in crisis intervention and support, applying your expertise to assist clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being. Participate actively in community outreach programs and educational events aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will offer vital support to a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and more. As mental health disparities disproportionately affect certain communities, our organization prioritizes culturally responsive care to address these challenges effectively. Qualifications A current and independent license, including either Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A relevant master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exceptional communication and relational skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic bonds with clients from diverse backgrounds. A high degree of cultural competency; you will be effective in working with clients representing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress. Preferred Experience Experience working in a community health setting or familiarity with community mental health resources. Training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including trauma-informed care practices. Experience contributing to group therapy sessions or workshops that enhance community engagement. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with professional experience and credentials.
