Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy plans for each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting strategies based on specific client needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, attending case reviews and treatment planning meetings as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

• Engage in professional development through workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse patient demographic, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. This includes those suffering from mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and stress-related issues. You will provide vital support to clients who otherwise struggle to access mental health services, ensuring that they receive empathetic and comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably gained in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and other telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
