Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a steady caseload of clients by establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Design, execute, and evaluate individual treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, to ensure a clear record of each client’s journey.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments that inform treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance professional growth and address any clinical challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice's primary focus is on youth mental health, addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in various clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
