Job Description:

This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a business leader in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating complex calendars, proactively anticipating scheduling conflicts, and prioritizing meetings. The position also oversees travel planning, expense management, and reporting/tracking activities such as memberships and purchase orders. The individual supports meeting preparation by developing presentation materials, coordinating vendors, organizing logistics, and assisting attendees as needed. Additional duties may include supporting organizational and personnel-related tasks within the myHR system and managing basic budgeting through designated applications to track departmental spend. This role acts as a gatekeeper to the leader, managing access, maintaining schedule integrity, and ensuring urgent matters are escalated appropriately. The position requires handling highly confidential information, maintaining business continuity in the leader’s absence, and leveraging a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and the leader’s function to support strategic priorities and special projects.
