Remote EdTech Sales Manager K-12 Growth & Demos

Responsibilities Create new business opportunities Handle the entire sales cycle including negotiations with clients and partners Drive implementation of new accounts, ensure value delivery, and identify up-sell opportunities Provide visibility into sales activities, revenue forecasting, and maintain orderly workflows Offer insights from customer requests to improve offerings and attract/retain customers Set up and man booths at education conferences and events to generate leads Develop relationships with directors and superintendent-level roles, demos and in-person visits, and obtain buy-in across stakeholders Maintain product/service quality representation and post-sale customer satisfaction Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to drive implementation and value delivery Manage multiple complex sales with 3–9 month cycles and a dynamic buyer landscape Prioritize and manage sales activities in a CRM Represent CodeMonkey at conferences and networking events Build knowledge of the K-12 market through industry relationships Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients and lead generation activities Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of experience in complex school district sales or related EdTech sales Experience with CRM software Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and customer service skills Ability to travel, including attending trade shows Ability to present to large audiences, schedule demos, and perform cold-calling Experience in teaching STEM, coding, or as a school/district tech coordinator is a plus Multiple roles mention travel (~20%) and remote US-based or national territory responsibilities Additional Roles and Requirements 2–3 years of experience in EdTech sales (preferred) and education curriculum software experience (a plus) Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, global teams Able to manage pipelines and achieve quota targets Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset Competence in planning, forecasting, and CRM usage Strong stakeholder engagement with school leadership About CodeMonkey CodeMonkey is an educational game-based environment where children learn to code in real programming languages.
