Job Overview The Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering (MME) in the College of Engineering and Applied Science invites you to apply for the position of Term‑Adjunct. This role includes teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and seminars on a part‑time basis. Essential Functions Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and/or graduate‑level courses and seminars on a part‑time basis. May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework. Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of these responsibilities. Review and respond in a timely manner to all University‑related communications. Minimum Requirements Master’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field is required for undergraduate class instruction. Graduate instruction requires a degree advanced beyond the level of the course. Candidates must have content expertise in their discipline with appropriate degrees and training for the courses to be taught. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
