Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the individualized therapeutic needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Document clinical findings and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, including referrals to external resources when necessary.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, such as workshops, conferences, and peer consultations, to stay informed about advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is to support adolescents and their families facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Additional benefits include:
