Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' concerns and develop detailed treatment plans that guide therapeutic processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation, including session notes and progress reports, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

• Facilitate client referrals to external services or community resources when necessary to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse population of clients experiencing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid AMFT, ASW, or APCC license in California is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.

• Proficiency with outpatient treatment models and a keen understanding of therapeutic best practices.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, allowing for the handling of multiple client cases efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
