Clinch is a fast-growing creative adtech company providing AI-driven Hyper-Personalized Dynamic Creative technology for Digital, Social, Mobile, Advanced-TV, and Digital-out-of-Home Advertising. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. This is a pivotal role that supports sales planning, forecasting, reporting, CRM management, and day-to-to operations, while helping to streamline processes and improve the overall sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Manage Clinch's CRM by providing reports, analytics, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, sales documents, contracts, proposals, and customer information.
• Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, travel, demonstrations, and other client-related logistics.
• Support sales representatives throughout the sales cycle, including communication with prospects, clients, and cross-departmental teams.
• Establish regular cadence of bi-directional lead/pipeline reporting with key marketing team stakeholders as related to growth-oriented sales-marketing initiatives.
• Generate and process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth execution of sales activities, reporting, and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve sale processes, organization, and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in sales operations or a related role within the ad tech industry.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM (i.e., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Project Management tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Must be willing and able to work from our Manhattan office at least three days a week.
