The Role You will be trusted to actively implement our tool stack and data strategies across client projects, and InsideScale systems. For candidates with experience administering GTM systems, such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Orum etc., this is your opportunity to perfect your craft by plugging into a diverse ecosystem of clients and tools. Responsibilities Install tools when clients onboard - across Sales Enablement, Email Deliverability and CRM Cleanse and upload prospect data directly into client systems Audit platforms across projects to catch issues and ensure data is flowing properly Pair with Sales Development leadership to build robust reporting and ensure tracking of KPIs Pair with us when fire drills occur - including having direct facetime / engagement with our clients Help InsideScale on our internal architecture and data ops needs Be willing and able to both learn our best practices, and add to them Have a strong sense of ownership over the quality and delivery of your work Requirements Experience leveraging Sales Development tools - Salesforce, Outreach.io or equivalent tools strongly preferred Preference given to candidates who are responsible for architecting or providing technical support for the above tools Ability to be present virtually during normal business hours (PST strongly preferred) Focus and attention to detail; commitment to upholding InsideScale quality standards Great people skills; and ability to communicate effectively Passion to actively diagnose and prescribe solutions to complex problems Benefits Exposure to high end consulting and SDR ops challenges at multiple brands Comprehensive training on a proven process that’s been evolving for 6+ years at over 65 startups Access to cutting-edge technology stack, sales operations and sales development best practices Access to an exclusive network of partners in the inside sales community / sales stack space Networking; position yourself to be ‘seen’ by working with established leaders and brands Supportive culture that thrives on having fun and doing great work Salary and extras Competitive pay Full-time with InsideScale Remote first culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
