This role is primarily remote, giving licensed mental health professionals the flexibility to conduct sessions from their own space. While the majority of consultations will be carried out online, occasional on-site collaboration with other healthcare staff may be required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and collaborate on personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with all ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed mental health professional holding an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or doctoral-level Psychologist licensure in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
