Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address various mental health issues.

• Collaboratively develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in conjunction with clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose client conditions and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Create and maintain detailed client records, ensuring compliance with all HIPAA regulations and organizational policies regarding confidentiality.

• Engage actively in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team collaboration and continuously improve service delivery.

• Provide guidance and support in the development of discharge and aftercare plans, ensuring clients have the resources they need for continued success post-therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is a fundamental requirement.

• Active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience working in a mental health setting, providing therapy and support to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
