Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, offering extended hours to accommodate diverse client needs. You will have access to in-house credentialing and support for your insurance participation and scheduling, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional care rather than administrative details.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet varied client needs.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and prioritize care based on severity and urgency, creating individualized treatment plans that promote recovery.

• Engage in ongoing communication with interdisciplinary team members to formulate and adjust care plans, document findings, and actively participate in patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities in your treatment approaches to facilitate measurable outcomes for clients.

As a mental health therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
