Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing established diagnostic criteria and evidence-based evaluation tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, integrating therapeutic modalities that resonate with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain regular follow-up sessions with clients, employing active listening and therapeutic techniques that empower individuals to confront their challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatrist colleagues and other healthcare professionals when necessary, providing client referrals for further specialized care.

• Document all client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and the organization’s guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client population facing various mental health issues, including but not limited to severe anxiety, chronic depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of direct mental health counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapy delivery and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
