Clinicians will have the opportunity to set their own flexible schedules and determine their desired caseload, with billable hours ranging between 10 to 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations for clients using the latest DSM and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy services utilizing a variety of modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as group therapy formats.

• Offer crisis intervention services and therapeutic support for clients experiencing immediate psychological distress, developing practical coping strategies and skills.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure consistent and coordinated care for all clients.
\n
• Assess clients’ clinical needs and determine urgency, rendering appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals as necessary.
\n
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment strategies in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, peer consultations, and quality assurance activities.
\n
• Advise team members on complex cases, providing consultation as necessary to enhance overall service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of veterans, their families, and individuals facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and dual disorders. As an LMFT with Veterans Crisis Intervention, Inc., your role will be pivotal in providing support and tailored interventions that resonate with the unique experiences of military families, promoting their mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Arizona or hold a Psy.D.
\n
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
\n
• At least two years of hands-on experience in delivering psychotherapy services, ideally in outpatient or community health settings.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is essential.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing counseling services specifically targeting veterans and their families is a plus.

• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of contemporary mental health challenges and techniques in crisis intervention and support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
