Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to identify clients' needs and create individualized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of clients including individuals, couples, and families, in both group and one-on-one settings.

• Employ a variety of tailored therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy to address multifaceted client issues.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and updates on client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client population includes individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to relationship issues, trauma recovery, substance misuse, and mental health disorders. As a remote LPC within our organization, you will have the opportunity to help clients from different backgrounds, some of whom might not have access to traditional in-person therapy due to location or personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted professional counselor licensure (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the counseling profession.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication, with a knack for building rapport with diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 plus additional bonuses based on performance.
