Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions to encourage client interaction, sharing, and peer support, fostering a sense of community.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling sessions that help clients identify and explore personal challenges while developing effective coping mechanisms and actionable strategies.

• Developing Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, ensuring that clients make meaningful progress.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers, sharing insights, coordinating care, and consulting on complex cases for holistic client support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirements are essential, we value additional experience in mental health counseling or therapy specifically targeted toward young adult populations. Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with collaborative care models will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually.
