Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Omnicare, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support and guidance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying and managing a caseload of clients, establishing trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Performing intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new clients and recommending appropriate treatment options.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions weekly, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Proficiency with technology, specifically familiarity with various computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting.

• Comfort and skill in conducting thorough intake assessments and formulating treatment recommendations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy, will be given preference.
