Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through a virtual platform, employing evidence-based practices to effectively address a range of mental health issues.

• Assess client needs and collaborate with them to create personalized treatment plans that encompass their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and advocating for their immediate and long-term needs.

• Document therapy notes and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes, sharing insights and strategies to provide comprehensive care to clients.

• Stay up-to-date with ongoing education and emerging trends in mental health counseling to deliver the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing unique mental health challenges. This includes depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Your cultural competence will play a crucial role in establishing trust and effective communication, vital for successful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.

• Proven experience in providing mental health counseling services to individuals and groups, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including proficiency in written documentation.
