Senior Sales Director | EnergyTech & Infrastructure | Enterprise Sales Leadership | Remote
\n \nI'm currently partnering with a global cleantech/infrastructure company to hire a Senior Sales Director who will lead enterprise business development, channel partnerships, and strategic account growth across North America.
\n \nThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a commercially driven sales executive who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys building and developing teams, and has experience closing large-scale, multi-stakeholder deals.
\n \nAs a true player-coach, you'll lead from the front, personally driving strategic opportunities while developing a high-performing team responsible for some of the most influential
\ninfrastructure projects in the market.
\n \nWhat you'll be doing:
\n✅ Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development, Enterprise Sales, and Channel professionals
\n✅ Driving vertical market strategy and prioritising growth opportunities across key sectors
\n✅ Acting as executive sponsor on the most strategic enterprise, OEM, and multi-location opportunities
\n✅ Negotiating and closing complex MSA, multi-year, portfolio rollout, and partnership agreements
\n✅ Overseeing pricing, commercial approvals, forecasting, and pipeline management
\n✅ Working closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful delivery
\n✅ Building and strengthening channel, distributor, and strategic partner relationships
\n✅ Bringing market intelligence and competitive insights to support commercial strategy and future growth
\n \nWhat we're looking for:
\n✔ 10+ years of Enterprise Sales or Business Development experience
\n✔ 5+ years leading and developing high-performing sales teams
\n✔ Proven success closing complex enterprise agreements with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
\n✔ Strong commercial acumen covering pricing, contracts, deal structuring, and ROI-based selling
\n✔ Experience managing both direct enterprise sales and channel partner relationships
\n✔ Strong Salesforce forecasting and pipeline management capability
\n✔ Ability to lead distributed and remote teams across multiple regions
\n✔ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
