Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, ensuring the gathering of holistic information to inform treatment.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop client-centered treatment plans that encompass realistic goals and measurable progress.

• Implement evidence-based interventions aimed at addressing issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups that empower clients and promote community healing.

• Provide crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client security during emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, alongside an attractive sign-on bonus.
