The position offers a flexible work arrangement where the majority of therapy sessions can occur remotely, allowing for both staff and clients to engage in sessions from the comfort of their own environments. While the primary hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, there may be occasional requirements for schedule adjustments based on client availability or emergent needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Virginia.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly with a focus on cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
