Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress and stability, ensuring timely follow-ups and appropriate discharge when needed.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, monitoring their progress diligently.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client, complying with organizational policies and insurance requirements.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the suitability of services and establish initial treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and self-awareness, fostering continuous professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that supports the overall well-being of clients.

• Adopt and maintain a growth mindset to foster self-improvement and innovation in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a broad spectrum of clients seeking mental health services. These may include children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, adults managing anxiety or depression, and families experiencing crises. We aim to provide clients with the best care possible, creating a safe and encouraging environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
\n
• A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Minimum of one year’s experience working in a clinical outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.
\n
• Proficiency in working with digital tools including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for effective documentation and scheduling.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individual clients as well as families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting intake assessments and formulating client treatment plans.
\n
• Familiarity with a diverse array of therapeutic modalities and an understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, along with a fee-for-service model that provides flexibility in income without waiting for reimbursements.
