This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our typical office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a structured yet flexible schedule conducive to well-being. Although you will operate remotely, you will remain in close communication with our team through virtual meetings, case consultations, and continuous support networks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, using both structured diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate with each client to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, aspirations, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families to enhance understanding of mood disorders and foster coping strategies for achieving wellness.

• Regularly monitor and track clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive mental health care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and trends in mood disorder treatments, integrating new findings into clinical practices.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation, including session notes, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, actively working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues and promoting their rights and access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. You will support a diverse client population, engaging with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Understanding their unique needs and perspectives will be essential in providing effective therapy and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including but not limited to CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the expertise and contributions of the individual.
