Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Marshall Care, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals with co-occurring disorders. Our patients may face a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex issues related to chronic medical conditions. Your role will be pivotal in delivering the integrated care they need to improve their quality of life and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Strong understanding of mental health needs, particularly for individuals with concurrent medical conditions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and upholding ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
