Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique situation.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive mental health outcomes.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, fostering a responsive approach to therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals dealing with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a solid understanding of psychopharmacology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and healthcare teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client documentation and treatment protocols.

Preferred Experience\n

Stride Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
