Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting that provides flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients. You will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability depending on patient scheduling and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, helping clients understand their conditions and build coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to deliver holistic care that encompasses all facets of a patient's mental health and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate care plans.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that can aid their recovery journey.

• Ensure precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance treatment practices.

• Stay informed on advancements in mental health research and therapeutic techniques to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients experiencing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. This role involves developing empathy-driven strategies tailored to unique cultural and social backgrounds, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment where every patient feels valued and heard.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is required.
