Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our organization, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on seniors, often facing critical transitions in their lives. This includes those receiving hospice care, who may have varying degrees of emotional distress related to their health and end-of-life choices. You will play a pivotal role in addressing not only the psychological aspects of aging but also the social dimensions, strengthening the support network for each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
