Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, therapeutic relationship with patients, building trust and rapport to foster effective communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and mental health goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, and group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open discussions.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up sessions and ongoing assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. You will also have the opportunity to work with families and couples seeking to improve their dynamics and resolve conflicts. Your holistic approach and commitment to understanding the unique narratives of each client will play a crucial role in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly in the areas of addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate clients throughout their treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
