Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to engage clients meaningfully.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
