Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. For example, you may facilitate group sessions focused on coping strategies for anxiety management.

• Complete thorough diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and aspirations, ensuring measurable goals are set for their progress.

• Engage in collaborative planning with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating medical and therapeutic information into our treatment strategies.

• Maintain and update accurate electronic health records in line with policy and compliance standards, ensuring that all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assessing risk factors and developing immediate action plans for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and continued education opportunities, enabling you to stay informed of best practices and innovations in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues, among other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
