Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies that address individual client needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand their unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a spectrum of care that fosters healing and resilience.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused short therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care, enhancing service delivery and improving client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring great care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various psychological challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, reflective of your experience and expertise. Additionally, qualified candidates may receive a signing bonus upon joining our team.
