Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses, utilizing standardized tools to identify areas for intervention. Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, actively involving them in their own treatment journey. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, adapting strategies to fit individual client needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accountability in record-keeping. Provide teletherapy services as needed, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions for convenience or accessibility. Engage in continuous learning through professional development opportunities, participating in workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay updated on best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each bringing their unique circumstances and backgrounds. You will create a safe space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, ultimately fostering resilience and personal growth. Qualifications A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) . A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Proven ability to establish a trusting therapeutic alliance, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care, with a strong focus on individualizing therapy. Organizational skills to manage a varied caseload while adhering to treatment timelines and documentation requirements. Preferred Experience Experience working with clients who face emotional and behavioral challenges, particularly in outpatient settings. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to integrate them into practice effectively. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records is advantageous.
