Job Description

  • Position: Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Location: Longview, Washington
  • Assignment Start: September 2026 (ASAP)
  • Assignment Length: 26 Weeks (Extension Potential)
  • Practice Setting: Hospital & Outpatient Urology Clinic
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Call: None
  • EMR: EPIC

Requirements

✅ Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Active Washington State NP License (required at submission)
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • Recent urology clinical experience
  • Documentation of clinical activity within the previous 24 months
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
