Key Responsibilities\nAs a Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will encompass a variety of essential duties aimed at facilitating effective client care. Your key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining precise records of therapy sessions, tracking client progress, and updating treatment plans as necessary to adapt to evolving client needs. \n

Your work will focus on a varied clientele, ranging from young adults to seniors, all presenting with unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\nTo be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n
- Possession of exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients in a remote setting. \n
- A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards clients’ diverse experiences and challenges. \n
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to maintain a structured therapy schedule and timely documentation. \n
While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance a candidate's application:
