Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs utilizing standardized evaluation tools and observational techniques.

• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, guiding participants through therapeutic exercises and discussions aimed at fostering personal growth and resilience.

• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any communication with caregivers or educational staff, ensuring compliance with licensing and facility standards.

• Perform routine wellness checks through scheduled telehealth appointments to monitor client engagement and welfare, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Coordinate with the Utilization Review and Business Departments to manage treatment authorizations and billing processes, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted care.

• Provide mentorship and clinical support for junior staff members, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the pediatric population within school settings, addressing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
