Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students seeking clinical licensure or participating in their Master’s programs, guiding their professional growth and ensuring they adhere to best practices in therapy.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families facing an array of mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals and community resources to create holistic treatment plans that address both psychological and social factors affecting clients’ well-being.

• Participate in the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans, integrating evidence-based modalities to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation according to legal and ethical standards to support continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest research, theories, and best practices in mental health, actively integrating new knowledge into therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele in the Brooklyn area and beyond. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to relate to a wide range of experiences and provide culturally competent care will be vital in fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)

• A valid state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R

• Current professional liability insurance

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and commitment to the position.
