Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques to inform diagnostic decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client, integrating best practices based on current evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, attending regular case conferences to contribute insights and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of treatment plans.

• Provide educational resources and support systems to both clients and their families, promoting understanding of mental health conditions and encouraging active participation in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid license in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Exhibit specialized training or significant experience in mental health therapy, demonstrating proficiency in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Show a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Possess strong therapeutic and counseling skills, including the ability to build rapport and motivate clients on their recovery journeys.

• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork abilities, essential for collaborating within the treatment team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and clinical credentials.
