Paralegal | Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Litigation

Dallas, TX (Onsite) $85,000+ DOE

Join a highly respected litigation practice representing individuals and families in complex medical malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and personal injury matters . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-focused environment and enjoys managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation

• Draft, review, and manage discovery requests and responses

• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and expert meetings

• Maintain case calendars and monitor deadlines

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents

• Review and summarize medical records and case-related documentation

• Organize case files and litigation materials

• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks

• Communicate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel

Qualifications • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience required

• Experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, catastrophic injury, or complex litigation preferred

• Strong discovery, calendaring, and case management skills

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Trial preparation experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Paralegal certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
