Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still connecting with colleagues and clients in a vibrant team atmosphere. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, with flexibility to accommodate client needs. You will have access to the latest telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems, ensuring streamlined communication and client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that promote emotional resilience and psychological stability, reviewing and adjusting them as necessary to track progress.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive care and address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and industry standards to enhance clinical skills.

• Innovate and propose improvements to clinical services, contributing to team discussions that focus on elevating client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population within our community health clinic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. By building trust and rapport with clients, you will lead them towards achieving their personal goals, effectively addressing their mental health concerns while fostering a sense of belonging and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, permitting you to practice independently.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering therapy and support.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous but not required, as we provide training for all tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be considered a plus. Candidates with a background in community health settings or teletherapy are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, ensuring you have the resources to support your well-being.
