This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility for both our practitioners and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to develop customized treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

• Regularly participate in professional development activities and training sessions to stay abreast of emerging trends, techniques, and best practices in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Room for Hope, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral challenges. Your role will directly impact their journeys toward recovery, offering the tools and support needed for their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health discipline is required.

• Must hold active licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
