Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in our outpatient office where the focus is on personalized care and patient outcome improvement. Operating on a weekday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, our clinic ensures a structured yet dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assessment and treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Maintain a manageable case load, ensuring each patient receives dedicated time and high-quality care during their sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy to deliver effective treatments that enhance patient mobility and relieve pain.
• Implement and promote non-surgical treatment options that minimize reliance on pharmaceuticals, prioritizing overall wellness.
• Create, update, and adapt comprehensive care plans which may incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to address individual patient requirements.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that resonate with patients' lifestyles and recovery objectives.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and detailed documentation within our EMR systems, particularly utilizing WebPT for effective patient record management.
• Continuously assess treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to enhance recovery and mobility outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia is mandatory, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques and a strong foundation in exercise program design.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, additional experience in outpatient settings specializing in orthopedic care or sports medicine is highly valued. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs will be considered a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
